Who has the Right to Choose Your Child's Medical Care, You, or the State (CPS)?

"This issue is about parental rights, ..... They just want to be informed of her treatment. They want to be involved in this." - Daniel Horne, attorney to Edward and Michele Wernecke.
Katie Wernecke's parents wanted to be sure her cancer had returned before starting chemotherathy and radiation treatments, CPS decided that they were neglecting their child.
