The Texas Center for Family Rights website is to be used for educational purposes only.
It should not be interpreted as specific legal advice.
At times TCFR is able to make recommendations regarding attorneys in Texas who are able and willing to advocate on behalf of parental rights. TCFR recommends that you consult one of them or another attorney as you plan your legal course of action.
Texas Center for Family Rights is a non-profit corporation offering chaitable and educational services. TCFR has applied for 501(c)(3) status with the Internal Revenue Service.
TCFR provides ongoing research for issues related to the family for the purpose of education, litigation, and public policy.
As a non-profit public interest law firm, TCFR will accept certain cases without charge to the client that fit within its mission to positively affect public policy. Attorneys associated with TCFR have had experience in both state and federal courts in specialized areas.

TCFR speakers are available for civic groups, public policy makers, school districts, home-schooling groups, and others to educate regarding God-given and constitutional family rights.
TCFR works independently with kindred organizations to promote and preserve legislation that upholds traditional family values.
